A class at Pure Barre East Village is the most empowering hour of the day. They are a studio packed full of high energy instructors who will kick your seat while motivating you to challenge yourself both mentally and physically. Noticeable change in my body and the amazing instructors and clients at PBEV keeps me coming back for more every chance I can get!

Pure Barre East Village has been amazing for both my physical and mental health. Iโ€™ve seen incredible changes in my body over the 100+ classes Iโ€™ve taken: I feel stronger than ever and my chronic back pain has almost completely gone away. PBEV has become an amazing escape from any of the internal or external stressors in my life. The 50-55 minutes that I spend in class has become my perfect โ€œme timeโ€ and my active meditation that keeps my mind settled. Thank you PBEV ladies!

The location. The Staff. The atmosphere is so positive. Best thing in downtown!!!! I was talked into trying Pure Barre and it took me months to finally just take a class. I was nervous when I walked it. I had no experience with group classes especially anything barre related. This workout humbled me in the best way possible and I was addicted after class 1. I can't wait to see the progress I make after class 100! Every class I walk out with a little more energy and little bit more upbeat. I feel that i have grown mentally tougher during this transition of my life. Getting through the plank section or the thigh section without quitting is definitely mentally tough. I have been noticing changes in my body as well which is definitely a bonus! Keep up the great work ladies!!!!
