  Nicole seems to have a deeper knowledge of the method and of the body itself than anyone else I've worked with. Her ability to see exactly what is going on with my body and get me to engage in the exercise in a more balanced and complete way is brilliant. She is the real deal. In just the few sessions I've had with her so far, I've made progress I didn't think was possible and I feel noticeably better after every workout. Awesome.
