  Yoga One is the best yoga studio in San Diego. Instructors are warm and welcoming. They care all of their students. Thanks to Amy, Michael and Missy, I could enjoy mindful yoga. Definitely check it out!

  Very friendly atmosphere both students and instructors. The instruction is excellent. I really loved Mara's lunch time eclectic flow

  Yoga One is a beautiful studio right in the heart of downtown San Diego. Easily accessible, reasonable prices, and truly fabulous instructors. Amy and Michael Caldwell have created a true community of knowledgeable instructors and warm, welcoming regular students. Definitely check it out!

  Mara Harris is a very knowledgeable teacher. I had an amazing practice with her during my short stay at SD. Her energy, fun style of teaching, and unique sequence of flow make her class truly stands out. SD is saturated with yoga studios, but I can say that Mara's class is really special and not to be missed by no means.

  I've spent 1.5 years with Yoga One and am very blessed to be a part of this yoga family. Every teacher is unique and wonderfully talented in their own way and I love the variety of styles provided. Everyone here has a healthy and realistic attitude towards their practice and their teaching and some truly live and embrace the lifestyle which is passed along to the students. Love you guys!
