  I purchased an item online directly from the Michael Kors website for a gift and did not understand the gifting online so I decided not to include it, just received my package and thought if I had the original reciept that I would be able to take it to this Michael kors store in North Star mall to get it gift wrapped so I decided to call and ask just to be sure the woman that answered was no help at all she said that she wouldn’t be able to gift wrap it even if I had purchased it directly from Michael Kors she said that I would have to buy something from that store in order to have something gift wrapped, decided to call another Michael Kors location and they confirmed that they where wrong as long as I have the original receipt they would gladly wrap it for me, poor customer service had no care to even ask a supervisor or manager to be sure if it could be done if she has no care she should not be employed in the business

  This store is trash and their customer service is even worse...they kicked us out for nothing! I don’t know what the lady’s name was but I’m calling her out,her attitude was nasty and looked at me in a nasty way.I don’t recommend this store to anyone. Next time I’m ordering online:/

  Disgusting people. And the fact seeing them while drinking during their lunch break. Or even treating the to go people/servers at the restaurant near by. Sick.

  Ive had the worst experience ever. I have recently purchased a watch from the outlets and they said we could get the watch sized anywhere for free. Since i am from the San Antonio area i decided to do it at North star mall. I go in and there are two ladies. One of them greeted me and asked what i needed, i told her and right off the bat she said well there is wait. Then i said no worries. Shortly after that, i noticed the ladies were just going to other customers asking if they needed help or going behind the chasiers... Just avoiding to help me. So i approach them to ask how much longer? Then they said there is a wait, maybe you should come back later since we are kind of busy. When all they were doing were walking around the store. I would much rather go out of my way to San Marcos than the Mk store at NorthStar Mall. It was an inconvenience and i will not be returning.
