  When I went to croc store right after thanksgiving they had a special of buy one get one 60% off. Well the associate that helped me was mariah she had a pretty smile on her face.. She was helpful and actually put on the crocs for Me after she saw I was having problems balancing my self to try them on. I thought I could put them on but I had to take off sock to try on sandal. After all that I purchased 4 pair. OMG I love the croc sandals. They are so comfortable. And I bought a pair for my daughter as well..and mariah also introduced me to shoe butter. Wow I did not think that there such a thing. Now I. can give my old pair a little tender care. thank you mariah. Your are awesome and you rock. Keep smiling😀. I will be back to your store...

  When I recently went into this store for the first time, a lovely young lady named Charisma took care of me. She was wonderful! She was so patient with me and helped me make the best choice for my needs. She even found out in the course of our conversation that I am a physical therapist asst. and offered me the 10% professional discount that they have! That was so over the top! And then, I bought a pair for my husband too but they were too small so I called them to see what their return policy was. I had gotten busy and then sick so I told the young man that I spoke with my situation. He said it was 30 days but then told me not to worry about it that they would take care of me. It's been an altogether lovely experience and I've never worn crocs before and mine are OHHHH so wonderful! My feet love it! I'm so sorry the other reviewer had such a bad experience. I hope they try again and Get Charisma!😊
