  I had a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding gown at David's Bridal with the help of Kelly! She was a fantastic stylist and actually picked out the very dress I chose just by listening to what I wanted. Thank You so much Kelly! Everyone was so kind and helpful with every aspect and took the time to make the moment special and celebrate with us which made the whole experience even better. The only critique I have would be for management to allow stylists to stay with the bride for the whole visit so that each bride can be given full attention. I had to spend a lot of time waiting because my stylist got pulled away to another bride. Even so, Kelly was very apologetic and did a great job and I am looking forward to working with her for my bridesmaid dresses.

  I’ve shopped at this store for years! The costumer service is outstanding! Purchased two gowns for my wedding, my mother’s dress, and all of my bridesmaids here. The managers, Theresa, Debbie, Ladonna, and Diane are very professional and helpful! I would most definitely recommend shopping here to for all your bridal and formal needs! The alteration specialists know what they are doing and do great work too!

  Had a great experience shopping here, very friendly customer service to start off with. Went in for the $99 sale and wasn't thrilled with the selection but the person helping me out took her time to find me a dress of the style I was looking for and within my price range. I can't wait to put my beautiful wedding dress. I'm thankful for her service and patience. I'm a very happy customer and would definitely return to shop here for any special occasion!

  The whole experience was wonderful. The consultant assisting me was very attentive and brought me plenty of accessories while i was trying on my dress.i advised her i was going for a more earthy whimsical look and She delivered. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They did not have my size in store which was a shame but she said she could order it. The white by Vera Wang collection runs pretty darn small because i fit a 10 but i couldn't breathe, my bust was a little too big. I've never been double digits in anything before so that didn't exactly make me feel great. Lol. Overall the experience was fantastic and I will definitely be returning to take in the size 12 at the waist as recommended. Looking for accessories(sash and headband) at the moment to bring out my beautiful dress

  This was my first time trying on bridal gowns so I entered David’s Bridal with high expectations after watching so many shows on television. I got there at 9 am on a Saturday morning when the store first opened. There were a lot of people but the staff was very organized and was able to get everyone in a dressing room in a reasonable amount of time. My stylist, Rebeka Gutierrez, was better than I expected. She provided her personal opinion along with professional advice. She treated me as a friend instead of a sale. Rebeka showed me different silhouettes and styles to match my personality. Unfortunately, I didn’t choose a dress, but I will be scheduling another appointment because of my great experience with Rebeka.
