Staff was friendly, but I was not a fan of the grooming style. Cut my Aussiedoodle’s hair super short on her torso but then kept her leg hair long and bushed out her tail, so she looks ridiculous. Now, since her paws and legs are what gets the most dirty, I have to pay another $70 in a few weeks to groom her legs, while the top part of her hair won’t grow back to where I like it for 3 months. The one thing I specifically said was to cut the hair on her tail but he left that extremely long and even bushed it out, so again, super disproportionate. I should have been more specific, but I thought it would be a given that I don’t want her completely disproportionate and to waste my money by having to come right back.

They have quality products. Be careful when setting appointments for Grooming, they’ve missed my appointments a couple times and they’re waaay overbooked. Also, I’ve found the same quality food cheaper elsewhere.

Why would you go anywhere else? The best products, the best staff, aaaand the best services! They have the BEST groomer I've ever encountered in my umpteen fluffy dog owning years. She is amazing, goes by Cora. No dog should live a life not having spent time with Cora. Plain. And. Simple.

I've been there several times and I'm pretty sure I've met the pit bull referenced in another review. That dog is the sweetest girl ever, I have never felt threatened by her. It sucks that a past trauma can make someone feel very uncomfortable, but it's unreasonable to expect the store to punish a good dog for something that wasn't its fault. Sometimes I go in that store just to visit the dogs, so I hope that they keep letting them wander the store. I've also had my dog groomed by Allie a few times and she was great. She always communicates with me about what she's doing and I'm always satisfied with the groom.

Iv brought my tea cup Yorkie here once before experience was great, however I brought her in yesterday and there was a pit bull lose I understand people are not scared but my brother was almost killed by our family pit bull so I asked please can you put the dog away I am terrified the front staff took it as nothing n ignored me so I’m waiting for them to take my dog from me to get groomed their ignoring me so finally I say can you please take my dog. They do I return to pick her up the pit bull still lose they bring my dog out with her coat still on so I can’t even see what she looks like than she still had burgers in her eyes I’m like can you please get the burgers out. She takes her back brings her back to me still burgers. She takes my credit card and says how much are you TIPPING today I’m like what don’t I get my receipt and decide that on my own. I say I’ll tip in cash just please hurry with my dog I’m scared. She then says you can wait outside so I wait outside with my 1 year old daughter forever they finally bring my dog n honestly her hair looked better before. I will never be back here.
