  Not happy with the service at Urban Dogg. The last time I was in, they called to inform me that my dog had bashed his nose against the cage and hurt himself. I sped over to the location and upon seeing my dog, asked for more information about the incident. It was then they let me know that there was heavy construction (drilling) going on next door and that they had left my dog unattended in the cage for awhile without anyone monitoring him. Terrified of the noise, my dog panicked in the cage and tried to get out. It breaks my heart imaging him so scared and NO ONE being there watching him. I will never be back to this place.

  Where do I even begin? I have been a loyal grooming customer for the last 2-3 years at Uptown Dogg. However, I've moved and the Lincoln location is now closer so I decided to give them a try today. HORRIBLE DECISION. I know it's unique, but I like to get my 12 yo chocolate lab shaved into a mohawk. Urban Uptown has done this countless times (with different groomers) wonderfully. But back to today - I take her her to the Lincoln location and tell the groomer that I want her shaved into a mohawk and even point out the previous cut that she can follow as a guide (as you can see the outline from the last time). The groomer tells me she understands and I am called 2.5 hours later to pick up my dog. At this point I would like to give you the definition of mohawk taken from wikipedia: a hairstyle in which, in the most common variety, both sides of the head are shaven, leaving a strip of noticeably longer hair in the center. Now look at the pictures of Chaco below. The one with the cat used as a reference in what we were supposed to be accomplishing today and an actual picture from what happened to my dog today. THERE IS AN OBTUSE TRIANGLE ON HER BACK. Not a mohawk. And it isn't even centered. What the FFFF did she do to my poor dog. How the FFFF did I pay someone $75 to do this to my dog. TAKE MY ADVICE AND IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMAL NEVER TAKE THEM HERE.

  I love bringing my dog to get groomed here! Gary is always so helpful and accommodating. My dog Cody has always had anxiety when going to the groomer but Gary and his crew always make him feel good and they do such a great job grooming him.

  First time getting my puppy groomed. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Called in a last minute appointment and the lady on the phone was so polite. Jason was the groomer and he was so kind. He gave me great information about the breed of dog I have. (Griffon Mix) my pup was super nervous when I left but when I came back he was obsessed with Jason. Highly recommend them and give Jason 5 stars across the board!

  Love this place!! Get top quality dog food and my big boys groomed here. Some people are afraid of a 140 pound Rottweiler and his slightly smaller brother! But not these guys! Real dog people-recommend this place-convenient, fast and friendly
