  Very nice hotel with lovely touches. Bed and pillows we're very comfortable. Shower was very large. Probably large enough to warrant two shower heads but only had one. Nice fitness room and an excellent pool area. Comfortable lobby area with access to many restaurants and places with live music at night. I especially appreciate the sheer volume of small items they are willing to provide if they were forgotten. Great hotel.

  If you are 17 and love Hostels this hotel is for you. For anybody else I would not recommend. Smallest rooms this side of NY City itself. LIke a coffin, dark and closed in. People hanging out all over the hotel and lobby entrance, no desk workstation-no computer or electrical plug ins within reach of the table they do have posing as a desk. Beds are so low and lumpy a Motel 6 looks appealing.

  Recently stayed at The Kimpton Aertson for work and loved this beautiful hotel. Excellent location with every amenity available in and surrounding the hotel. Room was just lovely, and so very clean and sanitary (I have a thing about that) but it's the level of customer service that will keep me coming...again and again!!!

  Great hotel! Really appreciate the pet-friendly policies! The front desk staff was amazing! They helped calm my dog by keeping him at the desk when he was upset in the room alone. Special shoutout to Grace, Madison, and Kate...my poodle loved them! All staff members were friendly and responsive. Room was beautiful. Fun location. Enjoyed free wine, beer, and treats in the evenings. We will definitely return!

  Outstanding place to stay if you are looking for a funky well appointed boutique hotel. Great rooms with modern decor. Smack dab in the heart of music row, this is a great location when you want to visit Nashville an soak in what this city has to offer, as I did. Stayed for 2 nights this past week (March 12th) and the service was top notch. Complementary drinks in the evening was a bonus. Definitely worth the price for service by staff, atmosphere and location.
