Some of the staff was friendly and good. The manager James Ellison is pretty awful. Passive aggressive and put charges on our room we had to fight with corporate. Instead of having a discussion with the guests before check out he proceeded to charge us inappropriately. Overall OK but there is no excuse for James Ellison, can't believe a guy like that can get a manager position with a major hotel.

Desperately in need of renovation. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Location was perfect and no noise issues. Cons: sticky dirty carpet, few power outlets, slow WiFi, dark+ low low low cieling with popcorn walls felt like I was in a cave. Everything was clean just OLD. Breakfast was good. Vending machines didn't work on any floor.

Pretty standard King size room. The big thing is the room did come with breakfast, which is always a plus these days. Plus walking distance to done good bars and Hattie B's.

Very clean and the staff was very polite and professional. There was plenty of parking even with some kind of event going on inside the hotel. They provided complimentary coffee and hot chocolate to guests, as well as a BIG breakfast for anyone who was actually staying there.. These guys really know how to treat their guests. They were happy to answer questions on every topic imaginable from manouvering through the hotel with my husband's injured leg to how to get to different places in town. Fantastic service!

Great location. Free shuttle downtown is a great touch. It's a bit expensive, but again you're paying for the location. Walking distance to some great Nashville hot chicken. Other than that the rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.
