  My husband and I loved the Hutton. The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean and comfortable The lobby was gorgeous and inviting. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful staff at a hotel we have ever encountered! If we ever go back to Nashville we will definitely be staying at the Hutton.

  Very nice hotel. Comfy rooms. Did not come with a refrigerator or microwave which I think should be in all rooms when you are paying that much. Staff were all very friendly. Their shuttle will take you any where within 3 miles which is actually a lot of popular places so that was a very nice plus. Very close to Parthenon and Country Music Hall of Fame and Broadway St where lots of the live music bars are. Overall a great stay!

  I was here for waiting and the service and setup was really nice. It's a very new hotel and it's trendy and decor and ambience the rooms are really nice the bar rooms are bigger than I expected you have to pay for parking but they also offer valet they have a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby and the bathrooms are clean I would recommend I stay here for anyone if you wanted to stay in the downtown area or have an event here. This hotel is right off of West End which is in a very good location in reference to downtown and Midtown

  Would recommend this hotel. Staff was very pleasant. The hotel has so much to offer. My husband and I arrived at 7am and they had us in our room by 10am, then or flight didn't leave till 11pm and they gave us late check out, 4pm. It was beyond our expectations.

  Update: I came back. And completely rescind my recommendation of this hotel. Stayed another night this weekend and found the front desk clerk sleeping when I came in. Nowhere to be found; so I started walking around looking for her. I stuck my head in the service area and said “Hello” a few times which got her to appear; visibly half-asleep, wearing a t-shirt. This apparently offended her—she calls security and says I’m “yelling” in the lobby. Security was extremely rude like I was doing something wrong; trying to check into my room. Then the check in took well over 30 minutes. In addition, I was awoken by housekeeping at 9:30am on a Sunday morning. This is beyond unacceptable. Went to the front desk this morning to discuss and there was a huge line. What is the problem? The front desk guy was hassling another guest who needed to check in early. Refused to accommodate him until he said he had a birthday party he had to get ready for. Then the guy finally changes his room. Some of the worst, rudest service I have ever seen between those two staff members. What kind of operation is this? Original Review: Wow! One of the better hotels I think I’ve ever stayed at. Definitely the best of 2018. The shower was easy ‘Top 5 All Time’ showers with lux soap, etc. Beds were equally as awesome. Couldn’t have been any better! I will absolutely be back!
