  Wonderfull hotel in downtown Austin. Right across from Stubbs. Fantastic staff! Awesome rooms! Great experience here

  Nice place and nice staff. Warm not hot water in the shower. It was not addressed by the staff. We accidentally left clothes hanging in the closet of room 915. We called the front desk to ask them to get the clothes to the front desk for my friends to pick up for us. They promised to help. We called back 6 times and there was an excuse every time. The last time I was on hold 20 minutes. She said it was their peak check in time and she was alone. Why is she alone during peak time? Where are my clothes. Did housekeeping keep them? Still waiting to see if my clothes were stolen. No response.

  Location is awesome. Valet parking is ridiculously priced. Bed was comfortable. I would stay here again just look for a different parking option.

  The Hotel Indigo made my trip to Austin a pleasant one. The rooms were great, the staff were pleasant, and the attached restaurant was good. They worked with me to roll over one stay into another so I could keep the same room. The only thing I didn't like was the area: the proximity to the ARCH building meant a lot of homeless were nearby. I didn't have any problems but be aware of your surroundings.

  Staff are all really polite and helpful. The hotel is fairly modern. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is an outdoor pool and gym. Great location close to downtown bars and restaurants.
