Overall the hotel was pretty nice but you do get a lot of road noise even up on the high floors we were on. Location is of course pristine. Rooms are pretty small but cozy.

Wow! My husband and I travel A LOT and this hotel has been AMAZING. The facility is beautiful and well taken care of. Everyone has been a complete pleasure to deal with. Our room has a microwave and a small fridge. (Not mini) itโ€™s been great for me because I have lots of food allergies and weโ€™ve been able to shop and have stuff for me. This is always a problem when we travel. Weโ€™ve loved staying here and you will too!

New, modern hotel in downtown Austin. What's not to like? Everything was clean and felt as though I was the first person to stay in my room. Breakfast was simple, but tasty. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

First time staying at the Element and I was impressed! This was just built, so you can feel the newness in the rooms, lobby, and the bar. Comfy bed, fantastic location (right downtown off Congress) with proximity to some of Austin's best bars and restaurants (walking distance), great bar with creative drinks (one has pop rocks), and a friendly staff. I even had a very minor mixup while checking in and was offered two drink coupons as an apology. Great healthy breakfast included. Would definitely recommend if staying in Austin.

Stayed here for 2 nights on our first trip to Austin. Loved this hotel. Travis at reception was fantastic, put us in a higher floor room which was great. The room was lovely and modern, bed super comfortable and lots of natural light. The option to earn extra SPG points instead of getting room cleaned is a great idea. Will definitely look for more element hotels on future holidays.
