  We booked two rooms several weeks in advance through Expedia. They were non-refundable rooms. The next day, after discovering the hotel does not have parking, we tried to cancel. Expedia graciously asked the hotel to cancel our reservation. The hotel never responded to several emails from us asking for the same. They charged us the full amount, no refund. We had to have the parking as we live 15 miles away from Austin and cannot walk from any public parking garage (we are in our seventies, and my mother-in-law, the 3rd guest is 94}. Zero empathy, zero communication, zero consideration. A zero hotel.

  It was very beautiful and well decorated. The biggest complaint I have is how ridiculous their setup is. There are 3 mirrors: one in bathroom, one in entrance hallway, and one in the room behind the desk. The one in the bathroom is above everything so the lowest I can see is my neck (I'm 5'3"). Since it is so tall and behind the toilet/sink, it was very hard to see yourself clearly when getting ready. The one in the hallway is too dark even with all the lights on due to light placement and intensity. The one behind the desk is, well, behind the desk. Also too far to see yourself clearly. The room was also rather small but it works. Bed wasn't very comfortable; couldn't sleep very well, and woke up with neck pain (thick pillows). It's right in the middle of everything though, pretty much, so we walked everywhere no problem

  Annual Sales Team meeting was held in Austin for my company. Easy to book multiple rooms. We scheduled a meeting space and even breakfast for the space. We had a wonderful time and will be coming back for our next meeting! Great staff, great location, great accommodations, beautiful rooms! Look forward to staying there again!

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Room was lovely, super clean, comfortable bed and fast service. Front desk was quick and helpful, valet as well. Delicious cocktails upstairs in the bar too. All around a wonderful experience.

  Room was extremely spacious and impeccably kept. Hallways were quiet , breakfast was world-class. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you intercontinental! Can’t wait to stay at your other locations. Also, big thank you to Ali , Andrew, and Eric management staff, 5 Stars!
