  Customer service was awesome. The ladies that worked the breakfast are super nice. Our suite was very nice. The valets are the best. I will be staying there my nextrip to San Antonio.

  Wonderful sized rooms, beds were comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. Staff were kind and greeted me each time they saw me. The in room refrigerator was a little nosiey, but nothing I was not able to deal with. We had a small mix-up at the end, the original front desk clerk lost my tax deductible form, but we worked it out in the end. I would stay again!! Super close to the waterway!

  The hotel staff was really AWESOME! Jennifer at the front desk provided some great advice for dining and sightseeing!! The breakfast staff really goes out of their way to make waffles for you. The hotel is only a couple blocks from the Alamo and the river walk with a Walgreens just across the street and a starbucks about two blocks away. Overall, a great ace to stay.

  Such an awesome building and rooms that look like old apartments. Ours had a little kitchen and a curtain to separate the living room from bedroom. The people were nice enough, but the microwave didn't work and they couldn't fix it. When we brought them some of our bags to keep while we explored the town, the lady just left them sitting out, unattended for hours because she was "busy", until I made her out them in the closet. The pool is itty bitty. Perfect for about 3 kids, but really warm, and doubles as a whirlpool. The chlorine level was too high though. Breakfast is interesting here...not amazing. Everything is in little packages that you put in microwaves for coded times. There was a super nice lady working the waffle machine for everyone. She called her self the waffle queen from new orlean. ^_^ overall, a great stay. I believe they gave us back our points since the microwave didn't work.

  It was a pleasant stay in the middle of San Antonio. The location was excellent, very close to the riverwalk and a fifteen minute walk to the convention center. The hotel room was clean and neat. It had a kitchenette, with a refrigerator, microwave, and a dishwasher. There was no dresser in the room though. Breakfast was included, but was very meager. Parking was not included. Packing is available very close, and it's ten dollars a day. If you are parked there for more than two days, then "lose" you ticket because the lost ticket price is $18. Service was very good. And the price was comparatively very good for the area. Would definitely stay here again.
