  Rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff was nice & attentive. We asked for extra pillows & blanket, no problem. Asked for extra towels & a man named Chris was dedicated to satisfying our needs & very prompt about it. The best thing I liked about this hotel was the water pressure. My bath was very nice. I was impressed & will stay here again. I recommend it.

  Staff was very welcoming at this hotel. Valet parking was reasonably priced and the breakfast options were great. The only issue I had was with the temperature of the room. AC was set to 64 and it was remarkably warm at night

  Great location near the Alamo and Riverwalk area downtown. The only issue I had was a nightclub/disco about a block away that was extremely loud on Friday night. Very loud music. The hotel provided earplugs thankfully, so we were able to sleep. Very quiet area otherwise. Friendly and competent staff. Nice breakfast buffet with many choices.

  The valet parked our car next to a cement column and opened the door into it! He was tiny and could get out of the vehicle. Us, not so much! The manager took off the parking charge, but - keep an eye out. The rest of the stay was fine - it is what it is. Good breakfast and convenient location.

  Hatte eine gute Übernachtung. Die Zimmer und der Service sind toll. Top Bett und alles gut gepflegt. Leider hat man in alle Richtungen die ganze Nacht Lärm durch Clubs oder den Highway.
