  Conveniently located near the highway without traffic noise. Hotel has an outdoor pool, and it was freezing with no towels. Spacious room with separate seating area/sofa bed but the tiniest bathroom. You have to step aside to open/shut door and can't open the door unless you put away the bath mat.

  I booked a room for two nights and so far everything has been nice. The room is clean nice and spacious the bed and linings are very comfortable. The only negative thing so far is the lady the serves the continental breakfast was very rude when asking a simple little request. And don't even try getting anything after breakfast is over. Came down no later then 10 min after closing and was very rude when asked to if I could grab one more thing. And this was the day of day lights savings so alote of people wear showing up late and was rude to everyone (the tall black lady) (the little Mexican lady very nice)

  Very clean, nice looking hotel. We arrived late to check in and although I had requested a king bed for me and my husband, we had been assigned a double bed instead. The very nice lady at the front desk offered to swap the room for a king size bed instead at no charge. The hotel seemed kinda empty too so maybe that's why. We forgot to pack shampoo and so even though the room came stocked with it, my husband has a lot of hair so he asked for some additional bottles and she obliged as well! In the morning there was a massive complimentary breakfast, the best I've ever had at a hotel! I'm definitely sticking to Holiday Inn Suite brand hotel from now on!!

  Review of HI midtown, near I25 and I40. Older HI express, but clean, kept up, typical breakfast choices like newer HI but with bacon. Friendly services. Check-in was quick, staff knows her job. Very spacious King bed room, seating area, kitchen area, big Desk. Washing sink separate from toilet and shower. The price matched older HI, which is just fine for travelers traveling from East to West US like us. We would return here again.

  Great hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night but it was easy to find, plenty of parking, and the staff was very nice. The room was very nice and big. I liked the bed and pillows although my husband did not. Everything was clean. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Shower water pressure was amazing. My only complaints would be that the bathroom did not have a fan for the shower steam or other smells, our 845 am wake up call arrived at 824, and they ran out of pancake mix for breakfast. Overall, great experience and I would stay again.
