HORRIBLE!! TV didn’t work. Broken toilet, wouldn’t flush, water kept coming back up onto the toilet seat! Sheets from stay before us still on sofa bed! DISGUSTING! Bathroom was disgusting in general. We walked downstairs to the front desk and asked for new sheets and they said they were on the way.. 2 hours later nothing. We called the front desk and they basically yelled into the phone that they were on their way to our room # with our sheets… 1 hour later nothing. Called again same thing repeated. Next morning guess what? No sheets all night!! We had to sleep on the nasty sheets from people before us!! None of the outlets worked so no charged phones for a 7 hour drive! … The next morning we went to get breakfast, milk was spoiled, drink machine was spitting soda syrup at us! Food had been sitting out for who knows how long!! We went to get a drink from the drink machine (because there was none other) stole $10 from me!! They told me it was $1.75!! So here we are on our 7 hour drive, no sleep, no phones, hungry, dirty, and over all very disappointed!! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE DO NOT GIVE THIS HOTEL YOUR MONEY!!

It was Filthy! I went in to check in and there were several people standing at the desk talking with the one employee there and they continued to talk and cut up through my entire check in process. The guy talking to the employee was saying inappropriate things and the employee was laughing. Once we checked in we were given very poor directions to our room and we went up the wrong elevator and had to go back down to the first floor and find the correct elevator. Once we finally got to our room I was extremely disappointed. Extremely disappointed. I could not believe how filthy, old, and wrinkled up the carpet was. There was no way we even felt comfortable enough to walk without shoes. The air conditioner didn’t work well and the furniture was so worn down that the fake leather from the chair and the office chair was coming off and was getting on everything. We were married on Sunday before our stay at Ramada and as we were traveling on our honeymoon we expected good room for decent prices. I reserved this room also because it said it had a view of the Sandia Mountains and it absolutely does not it has a view of the hotel across from us. Overall this was probably my second worst stay in all of my 25 years of traveling!

1 Star because you can't put 0. Stop!! Whatever you do, don't stay here! Where to begin? The Lobby had an unpleasant odor. Our king bed room had stained, worn carpet and sofa. The cabinet for the TV was falling apart with a very worn finish. The heater would not work properly, the bathroom sink would not drain, the tub faucet was dripping, one lamp did not work, had to unplug the coffee maker to plug in the microwave. Moved to another room, upon entering, the carpet was torn and rippled, the easy chair arms finish was completely worn off, the heater smelled so bad when turned on that we had to turn it off. When we sat on the foot of the bed and the head of the bed came up off the platform. The rooms were falling apart and the furniture should have been in the landfill. The room was WAY overpriced but it was the week of the Balloon Fiesta and nothing else nearby was available. Again, do not stay here, 3.5 stars is NOT accurate, it should be shut down by the health department until completely renovated.

This hotel may have once been nice and seems to have potential. The bathroom floor looked like it hadn't been properly scrubbed in a while, and the sink had a crack. There was also a vent connecting our bathroom to the one next door, through which we could hear their music and smell every time they smoked (despite it being a non smoking hotel). People were noisy in the halls, and I could hear it all at night. The grab and go breakfast for the Balloon Festival participants wasn't ready when they said it would be and was very limited, and the breakfast buffet the day we went wasn't as nice as most hotels. I wish I hadn't tried to save money by staying here and had gone with the same hotel as last year.

The room wasn't completely clean, and a couple lamps didn't work, but the room (suite) was spacious and they brought a rollaway bed at no additional cost. Took them a few hours to get the bed brought up, but they were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent, pool was comfortable, hot tub not working. Overall, I could see staying here again at some point.
