We stayed here for 3 months when we were having our home remodeled. We had our service dog with us too. The service and the room were top-notch. The breakfast was hot and fresh. Once a week they served dinner. It was tasty. The turn down and linen service was fast and efficient. We will always pick this Marriott Residence Inn. We have stayed at others across the country and this one is our favorite.

Currently remodeling but I'm sure it will be great when it's finished. Clean rooms and a friendly staff otherwise.

Straight forward nice staff but old and the renovation due to a fire has been going on for more than a year

The lobby is still under construction, but no issues checking in. Room was a large studio similar to the posted pictures. It was generally clean, but a lot of dust/dirt in the corners around the room. Several rooms were being renovated with carpet and paint, so should be nicer after updates. Location was near restaurants, UNM and Nob Hill, but in an area that required a security guard. Breakfast was standard Marriott style and there were evening options during the weekdays. Okay overall and would consider staying again after the renovations, but there are cheaper Marriott hotels in the area.

Room was decent. Breakfast food was pretty good. A fire started in the front-office building the day before the Fourth of July. Staff suggested we find alternate accommodations—very honest and genuinely helpful.
