Overall not bad for the price. There is breakfast is NOT free. They didn't have toilet paper in our room but when asked she gave us a new roll no hesitation. The pool was cold but they had a hot tub and that was nice. The bed was comfy and the rooms look like any other average hotel. I would stay again if I had too.

My daughter had an appointment at the hospital two days in a row so we decided to stay at this place. It was outstanding food and wine in there sports bar. I brought my nephew along on the trip. My daughters appointments where at night in which she was taking part in a brain study. This was the second year in a row we had participated in this study. The rooms we could tell had been redone. Some of the people have it a bad rating but we absolutely loved it both times. I feel bad for the boys family from Nigeria that I recently seen had passed away in the swimming pool. That was my number 1 concern when we would leave my nephew who was 12 years old at the time when we had to leave to the hospital. I just had a bad feeling about the set up. You could see the pool and talk to who ever is in there but if something happens there is a fence and blocking accessibility to a quick response in case of an accident. I would not let him get in the pool if we where not right there. He would get mad but now I have peace of mind knowing that if something doesn't feel right don't give in. I had just lost my sister. So her son was in my hands. The staff is outstanding. I will go back if given another opportunity.

We pre-paid for two nights in a large room with a king bed. The room had water damage that had not been repaired and we were awoken by rodents in the walls and ceiling the first night. The room as not really clean; we found hairs everywhere including in the towels and washcloths. The staff was unapologetic about the first room and moved us to a smaller room with two full size beds (claimed it was the only room in the whole hotel not booked) but didn't refund the difference in the cost of the rooms. They also didn't deal with the rodents or repairs in the other room but just rented it to someone else. The second room was about as clean as the first but rodent free. This hotel has cleanliness issues and poor customer service. I would not recommend staying here.

A lovely place with quite a nice bar, our room was very nice and clean. I did not mind a room facing their indoor swimming pool, but I wish they had been more strict on noise control as the children playing in the pool til late (the time the pool closed was 10 pm) but even then, as the noise echoes is was very loud. Otherwise, this was a few of those moments where it wouldn't happen so much, so otherwise the place is wonderful saved for the louder children who happened to stay the same time we did.

Old hotel in need of a complete renovation!!! Dangerous for children!!! Water in shower is reversed, cold is HOT & hot is cold! My kids got burnt several times! Told hotel but nothing was done to fix it! LEAD hazard, paint in tub peeling off in chunks!!!! This is a hotel from the 70's, there's lead in that paint!!!! Room door couldn't latch shut, had to prop a chair in door first night!!! It was fixed the second day. Needed extra towels and supplies since there were four of us but front desk staff claims there were no towels left, that was three hours after I called them for some! And that was after I went down to the front desk for them!!! Stayed at this hotel because of the water park BUT it was closed due to their inability to staff the unit!!!! This hotel gets ZERO stars!!! Do NOT stay at this dump, not at the $97 a night price!!! Fairfield Inn and Suites on Pan American is hands down superior at the same rate!!!
