::My friend Diana C. invited me to try Highland Yoga for the first time. I loved it. The studio was awesome. Very well put together and very clean. From the setup to the room, music the whole atmosphere was relaxing. Best yoga session I’ve had in a long time. The instructor was great. Everyone really brought it which helped me push myself a little more. I’m definitely going back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

::There are a ton of class times available every day of the week with all amazing instructors that add their unique style to the flows. The classes can get crowded sometimes so it’s best to pay through the MindBody app and sign up beforehand, but they are also extremely good at managing large classes. Elsie runs an amazing studio here and they are constantly improving the studio to better serve the yogis of all different skill levels.

::Highland Yoga is such an amazing studio. The best things about it are the atmosphere and the teachers. The studio is beautiful and they provide equipment, which I really appreciate since it can be a nuisance to lug around a mat all day. The music, lighting, even the smell (I love when they burn incense) all help me to get into the moment and focus on my practice. The teachers are exceptional. Each teacher has their own flair, which is great because I never get bored. And while I prefer some teaching styles over others, no matter whose class I go to I know I’ll get a good workout. Atlanta is spoiled to have such a well run yoga studio. I recommend 100%.

::I LOVE Highland Yoga! It's my peaceful escape from all the stress of everyday life. The teachers are accommodating, the classes are invigorating, the community is diverse, and the classes are appropriate for all levels. Do not miss an opportunity to take a class, and maybe even become a regular!
