  Nice gym, nice coaching staff, very welcoming to drop-ins. This is my goto crossfit gym when I travel to Atlanta.

  Thought it was an excellent gym. They have energetic coaches, a well developed community and solid work outs. As a drop in I felt instantly engaged in the gym. I didnt feel like an outsider. The only thing I would like to see better is a little more participation of the coaches in correcting form. I highly suggest checking out this gym its worth your time.

  It's been great attending the "Bettie's" (ladies) classes here at BTB Ponce. My first crossfit experience; it's challenging but also awesome to see what you're actually capable of. The variation of work outs and pacing from class to class keeps things interesting. Ashley is a kind, skilled, fun and inspiring coach. Great facility too; clean, organized and quality equipment.

  I dropped into BTB Ponce during a weeklong trip to Atlanta from Perth, Australia. The WOD was 'Salt n Smoke' and it was coached by Tim whose friendliness, knowledge and professionalism impressed me. I particularly enjoyed Tim's pull up progression technique which I will now use in future training. Beyond the great staff (including Nick who helped organise my drop in via e-mail), the BTB Ponce box is spacious, well-lit and inviting with all equipment in great condition. Thanks for the work out!

  I dropped into BTB CrossFit this morning for their 7:30 AM class held at their Ponce location. Before arriving I exchanged a few emails with Nick and he let me know that Ben would be coaching and was expecting me. First I want to say that I was super impressed that they offered this early morning class on a Saturday. I travel for work and often weekend wods are skipped while I'm out of town because very few CrossFit boxes offer class earlier than 9:00 AM. I was also super impressed with how many people showed up! There were about 10 people in the class and everyone was super welcoming and encouraging before and during the workout. We did partner Eva and there wasn't a single round of the run portion that someone wasn't cheering me on. Even the folks who showed up for the 8:30 AM class were cheering us on while we finished up. It was a great environment and workout. The next time I'm in Atlanta I will absolutely be visiting these guys again and would recommend them to anyone living here already! Thanks so much for having me!
