::Made a reservation through an insurance company to be picked up at 9a.m. this morning. At 9:07, I called Hertz and had to ask for a ride to come get me. They sent an Uber who arrived at 9:25. When asked about why I didn't receive a ride and had to request one after the fact, I was told "they missed it in their system". After lots of waiting in line and for a car, I left the rental facility at 10. Not impressed. Manager was rather apathetic to the inconvenience they caused and to the entire situation.

::Rented before with no problem second time reserved a pick up at 930 in the morning, place opens at 9 on Saturday and closes at noon. No one was there when we arrived, the place was not open, waited for 45 minutes outside before calling to cancel and rent somewhere.

::ZERO Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not rent from this place. The customer service is horrible and manager is a dishonest person. I believe they are violating the Hertz policy from national company with some of their business practices. Please read the other reviews. There are a lot of one stars for a reason. I sorry I did not read reviews before. Out of 85 reviews on them 61 are 1 star. Clear sign something is wrong.

::Reserved a mini van for a holiday trip three weeks in advance, arrived the day I was to pick it up and they didn't have a mini van and said there were none in Texas nor Oklahoma available. They tried to offer me an extended cab mid size pick up truck (not one with a full back seat) or a mid size car as a substitute. I called one of their competitors at 4pm who were able to get me into at least a full size sedan at the last minute, will not go back to Hertz.
