  I needed a car because of a car repair, I got there unannounced and right as they opened. They had me on my way quickly and even gave me the preferred rate for people gettings car for the dealership.

  I have rented cars from this location a couple dozen times in the past 2 years for trips to OKC and they have always had excellent customer service. They pick me up promptly from my home and they have always been available to deliver me there when I get back. All of the staff have always been very courteous and made sure I was happy. I always rent from this location when possible.

  Reserved an intermediate SUV for 11/3/17-11/10/17 and it was a very good experience. The staff there were all so very polite and answered any questions I had. It was a quick and easy process at both pick up and drop off times. I ended up being in a Toyota Rav 4 and I did dnjoy it. It was a comfortable drive and exactly what I needed for the particular trip I went on. I’m going to book another reservation with them tomorrow for later on this month.   Its a busy location. Make sure you have a reservation because they might not have a car available. The rental was fairly quick after a wait for a car without a reservation. The staff was pleasant enough and the car was good but the price was a bit high. I expected a better rate.
