  DON'T DO IT!!! I bought a car in September/October 2017. I have 4 children and said why I needed it. They placed me in a car that was on a factory recall FROM MARCH 2017 for defective engine failure. My car shut off with me traveling 70 mph with my kids in the car. We were stranded for 2.5 hours waiting on help. I have attached copies of the recall I called to try and ask why they sold it to me and no one has called me back. I even posted to my facebook about it because I initially thought it was my transmission. My coworker told me to look up recalls, or I would have never known they sold me a car 6-7 months after the recall was initiated NATIONALLY! ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!!!! I am contacting the better business bureau as soon as I can. Now I am starting over and wasted valuable money. If you value your life and the lives of your loved ones, DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! Some people write bad reviews because they feel cheated later but knew the cost up front. They put my children's lives in danger and that is something I can NEVER forgive as a father. They are my world.

  Just read comments by other would be customers and their experiences and I was left wondering if that’s the same place I was at and got my car three days ago. I would have given them five stars, but I’m holding back one because I feel there’s need for improvement overall. Jennifer was AWESOME.

  They are professional scammers, I thought they were great ppl till I put down some money to hold a car till the next day then I changed my mind on the car so I went to get a refund. It’s 3 weeks later and they are giving me a run around and their exact words are “ we’ve already given it to your bank they haven’t given you the refund, call them.” Im a banker my damn self NO BANK WOULD EVER HOLD A REFUND, it dependent on when they receive it they make it available immediately! NOT TRUSTWORTHY, go there if your ready to be f***** over.

  This place sells used cars in need of major repairs. They took a 19 year old, single moms $700 down payment and in return gave her a car with: 1. Warped rotors. 2. Unbalanced tires. 3. 2 Failing engine mounts. 4. A cracked AC compressor that needed to be replaced but instead they just recharged it before selling. 5. Blown speakers. 6. Way past due for an oil change & tune up. 7. Water damage inside the car. 8. The check engine light turned on as soon as she got on 360. (All of this was verified by a personal mechanic and the entire automotive department at a her local walmart. They couldn't believe she was driving this car.) The car was bought by a 19 year old girl, struggling as a single mom, with no outside help, & they were happy to rip her off by putting her in this dangerous car. She was desperate to get her own transportation & the salesman told her that this specific car, was the only option she had with $700 and 0 credit. Being that young, she didn't understand what that salesman was doing nor did she have experience or help. He preyed on her. She tried to fight the company to get repairs made and the very man that gave her the car told her, "You knew this car had no warranty when you signed the papers. It's As-Is." Eventually, no one answered the phone for her nor would they "Have someone call you back." The only people that did call, was the payment collection department. A few years later, the same man still works there, & the same "nice" cars are being sold. If you feel good about investing thousands into an overpriced vehicle being sold by deceiving, untrustworthy people, than go to this place👍 because I'm a 110% positive you're getting ripped off.

  I have had the run around with other dealerships promising me that I would get approved if I come in. My perspectives about salesmen finally changed when I met Jennifer at Dollar Car Sales. She will not pressure you in to a sale she will work with your down payment and try to get you in to a car that best suits your needs! If you get a car with them and have an issue they will also go out there way to get you serviced as soon as possible!!! If I could give them ten stars I would!!!
