  I would love to write a positive post, but I can't. I rented a economy car for a week on 4/19 & returned it with more gas than it had, fewer miles used than allowed, and have as of today 5/16/18 not received my refund from the $250.00 they auto-withdrew from my bank account. I called, texted, and given assurances that this would be taken care of, but again, I have not received it. I understood it would cost $169.00 for the week with tax & I am waiting for the difference!

  Rented a vehicle a few weeks ago for driving locally. When I arrived the door was locked, but the business hours indicated they were open. Called the number on the sign and spoke with the gentleman that processes the car rentals. He walks in and starts a conversation with the other 2 gentleman in the office that lasted about 7 minutes and then his attention was directed toward me. The car that was rented to me had damage on the front of the vehicle from the person that turned in the vehicle an hour or so before I arrived. The vehicle drove fine, but because the hood was smashed in, it seemed it would “fly open” when driving at certain speeds. Fast forward to the day I dropped the vehicle off. The office hours indicated they were open, but no one was in the office. A note on the door suggests you leave the car and keys in a drop box which didn’t settle well with me because there was a refund due to me. If your looking to rent a vehicle without having to pay with a debit/credit card this is probably the way to go, but you must have insurance. My biggest issue is the lack of professionalism.

  Friendly service, very reasonable rates by the day, week or month. Staff are awesome

  Most fantastic rental place ever. Daughter flushed key down the toilet, the manager personally brought the key free of charge.

  The owner is extreamly shady and rude to you when you walk in. His motto is that if people are so despreate for a rental car and only have cash they will pay more for it. His cars are all from a salvage auction and are never registered. The last car I saw was a blue yaris with expired temp tags for a month. He went inside and copied another cars tags and changed the numbers on it just to keep from paying for a new tag or to register it.
