I rented a one way to NY from this location. This one man shop was efficient but somewhat lacking in vehicle availability as I needed the largest SUV in the class I reserved. When I arrived they only had one, which I was forced to take as time was of the essence. My review concerns Hertz's unfair corporate policy regarding speeding tickets. I have rented in both Hertz in the US and Canada. As far as I know only certain locations or possibly all of the US locations charge a RIP OFF fee to their customers for obtaining speeding tickets. Unfortunately, in NY I receive a ticket for speeding. However, Hertz in all their profit grubbing glory decided to also penalize me by issuing some BOGUS "Notice of Violation Amount & Administrative Fee for Rental Car Speed Violation" They actually have a separate website to process these fraudulent charges at "hertzrentalfine" and they utilize some bogus processing merchant named "American Traffic Solutions" This is a SCAM. They pay the fee on your behalf and ask for reimbursement which also conveniently includes and additional $42 admin fee which is almost equal to the $50 for the violation. Seriously who gives Hertz the authority to penalize customers for traffic infractions when the police already retain that right and do so accordingly. Now this company wants to bandwagon and steal more money from their customers. I no longer do business with Hertz.

Poor selection of cars and basically a one man operation. Was a small hole in the wall type place sharing a back closet of a dealership.
