  You don't even deserve a star. How the hell you are still in business is beyond me. Your boss must suck some good dick in order for you to still be at the airport space. I rerserved in advance online . It clearly states unlimited mileage. When we went to pick up it agent tells me it's not unlimited. We show her the reservation Andy aunt shows her on her phone what there website says. The agent responds that it doesn't matter they don't have unlimited mileage. I wish I would of seen all the reviews on here before I reserved. This company is a fraud !!!!!!

  Wouldn't honor the SUV booked. When I showed the manager Carla my reservation page she said they didn't have the correct size SUV and I'd have to pay $26 to go up to the next size SUV. Poor customer service.

  Did a bait and switch on the vehicle that was rented. Completely unrepresented their product. Taking our business elsewhere.

  Don't rent a car from this location. I just returned my rental with a full tank of gas and they said that they were going to charge me another gallon of gas since the gas station I used was 3.5 miles away from their location. I advised the agent that the tank needle was past the full mark and I just gassed up before dropping it off - 9.11 dollars of gas. She said "rules are rules", slapped a piece of paper on the counter and told me to write down my email address for a receipt. Last time I rent from that budget location. Stay away folks!!!
