  Booked via a hotel bookings website. Pictures are not representative at all. Too far out of the city centre. Overpriced, but possibly booking direct in the U.S. will be less expensive. Due to location a struggle to get a taxi (particularly in the morning) allow additional time especially if setting off to the airport. The bottom line is that there are much better options in Nashville. Not recommended.

  The hotel is very nice & clean, staff is very polite & helpful and the beds are comfortable, but a few minor things brought the rating down. The shower curtain was too short, causing the bathroom to flood each time we showered. And the front desk would benefit from a luggage room instead of keeping the luggag all out in sight. Continental breakfast was nice but pretty limited. It's the little things that could use a bit more attention.

  Stayed here for a night before a Predators game. The hotel has been upgraded beautifully. The continental breakfast buffet is a very nice touch. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was that the walls were a bit thin and we could hear the guests in the next room. Otherwise great place and a short walk to Hattie B's.

  DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS DON'T STAY HERE!!!!! My daughter just stayed here and her suitcase was rifled through and she was robbed of all of her money. The manager said that things happen and people do things. This is how you care for your customers???? He also won't provide a corporate number for us to contact. I would NOT recommend this place. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because it wont let me write a review without some star clicked. I give it 0 stars.

  Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. When a medical emergency required me to extend my stay, not only did the staff make sure I could stay in the same room, they arranged a fantastic rate. Thank you so much! Also this is a great, quiet location still near all the "fun stuff" Nashville has to offer. (And it's also walking distance to St. Thomas Midtown hospital. Hope you don't need it, but if you do, they'll take great care of you.)
