  The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were very modern and clean. The bed was quite comfortable, as were the pillows. Would definitely stay again.

  I booked my two night stay months in advance to be close to the Excel Energy Center as I was working at a yearly event there. When I booked the room, I requested a river view 2 queen bed room. Upon check in, I was told that it was $27 per night for parking and I had to use their valet parking. Added expense that was not disclosed at booking. The room I was given overlooked a parking lot NOT the river. Asked for a room change to a river view which I had paid extra for. The room they moved me to still overlooked the parking lot but one floor up. The next day, room service did not come clean the room. I had to call three times to get room service to come to our room. Had they treated my group right, they could have had more guests and me returning next year. They lost business for years to come by treating my stay so poorly.

  Very accommodating hotel. Valet service was was simple and quick. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Every staff member that I saw greeted us with a smile and hello. Rooms were very modern and clean. I would definetely stay again.

  The hotel and it's staff were mostly amazing. The room was very nice for a reasonable price. Very convenient location. Several restaurants, Xcel Energy Center, and Science Museum within walking distance. However, we did have a late night unpleasant experience. My wife and I were awoken at midnight from some noisy people in the next room over. It took 3 phone call complaints and a visit to the front desk to beg for a different room (unfortunately there was no available rooms to move to), which took place over the course of 2 hours, before our noisy neighbors finally quieted down for the night. I understand the hotel and staff can't control every guests behavior but it also shouldn't have taken almost two hours to resolve. Were it not for this event, I would've given 5 stars.

  Hampton Inn is a beautiful hotel a half block from the Excel Energy Center. We were there to see Trans Siberian Orchestra on a -15° December night so the short walk was greatly appreciated. The front desk staff was superb, very friendly, very helpful & checked us in quickly as we were running late for concert due to traffic. Valet parking is the only parking available at the hotel & is an additional charge of $27 per night, but is in an underground, secure, heated garage. The included breakfast offered a variety of delicious breakfast options. This is an easy repeat visit for me the next time I need an overnight stay in the area.
