  Great staff, easy check ins, clean tidy room. Plenty of towels and 24 hour front desk service. Thermostat works great, water temperatures and pressure met my par. Overall the stay was great, especially once my head hit the extremely soft pillows and comforter.

  Every time I come here, they have no idea I’m a Hilton’s honor and rarely get asked if I want a cookie or water. The front desk is usually not very personal. The bell man/concierge is VERY friendly though and always wants to make sure you’re happy.

  I stayed here for a concert downtown. This is a business hotel but has a popular restaurant attached. The style of the hotel is professional and modern and was overall very welcoming, and in a great location. We took advantage of the free hotel shuttle to give us a ride to the venue, as it was rather cold out. The primary reasons for 4 out of 5 stars were the fact that you still had to pay for parking, which is included or validated, and there was a $50 hold on top of the room cost for incidentals, which took 4 days to be reimbursed. That said, I'd stay again.

  The room and the bed are comfortable and there is adequate closet space for my 4 night stay. The room is very clean and quiet. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are very friendly. This hotel is right off the anyway so it's easy to get around downtown.

  Check in was easy, we got the room type we requested. Rooms are fully stocked, fridge, microwave, blowdryer, coffee. Comfy AF bed and well lit rooms. Parking was 16$ for one night which seemed high but I was there for the playoff game and it was a huge storm so seemed worth paying for. Bathroom was a little small, but functional.
