::The sales were great, especially on winter gear and they had the cutest styles. Definitely one of my favorite stores and the staff was super friendly and helpful

::Let me start off by saying this store seems very disorganized and seems like it lacks proper management and routines. I went in there this afternoon to pick-up an online order, and the store was wrecked. There were clothes all over the floor and tables, clothing tossed over racks, and just general clothing chaos I would expect to see on Black Friday, not a typical Friday afternoon in April. Despite all of this, I know that this isn't necessarily the fault of the sales associates. Not saying that customers should board fold all the things they touch on tables, but if you decide you don't want something, put it back on the table or put in back on the hanger/rack. If you toss it over a rack, or throw it on the floor, or otherwise leave it haphazardly lying around, you don't reserve the right to complain about the store being messy. All of THAT being said, I was impressed with the customer service I received while there today. Maybe other reviewers ran into a different batch employees, but I was greeted as I walked in and left, the fitting room attendant was very friendly, and the cashier who grabbed my online order was very polite. Overall, my experience was pleasant. Yes, the store is small and disorganized and very much so in need of a management team that can reallocate it's resources according to the business (ahem, why are there 4-5 cashiers when there is no line?), but overall it was a good experience.
