  This is one of my favorite clothes store. I buy almost everything here. Great selection of business casual clothes, business suites, clothes for kids, home goods, men & women shoes, toys and more. Always great prices available. One thing you need to know, associates work slow or not enough associates sometimes, line can get really long.

  i just had a pretty bad experience and i’m really embarrassed about it. i’m a trans woman and the woman in charge of the ladies changing room just told me i have to go to the men’s fitting room. i’m like close to tears right now. i didn’t even get everything i needed to get because of it

  Great store. I've found some gorgeous items but the long lines and inadequate service level (not enough cashiers) is a hassle. Be prepared to wait in line 10 minutes or more.

  This store deserves no stars. The store is ridiculously hot, the lines are long as hell with only two cashiers, absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I won't be returning anytime soon. The employees are very very nice and so are the prices but I can't deal with the lines and heat..what a disservice to Downtown Chicago.

  Horrible!!! The cashiers were super slow and were holding up the lines! 3 cashiers and each took about 20-40 mins per costumer. They were working very slow as if they didn’t care! I’ve been to other department stores and the cashiers are way faster than they were! They were just a bunch of lazy females! One cashier walked away and a costumer asked not to leave and the cashier cursed at the costumer ! They should hire new hard working people instead of those slow , lazy working people!
