  My credit card was stolen and used here. I happen to be checking my bank account the same time the card was used at this location and immediately called the store. A woman picked up and was extremely reluctant to assist me and defensive. She seemed like she very well knew the person and was assisting in the theft. They got away with over 500 hundred dollars worth of items.

  My husband happens to love this place but I felt we were profiled don't know why because we are over 50 and dressed just like everyone else but the Black sales lady had her people follow us. And I know this because she was not quiet about the fact. Very disappointed due to the fact my husband loves loves this store and we travelled pretty far to go here

  My wife and I were out shopping today and decided to stop in the N State St. Zara. I found several items that I liked and wanted to try on. I went to the men's fitting rooms on the second floor and was, rather rudely I might say, told that the fitting rooms were closed and that I would need to take my items down to the first floor if I wanted to try them on. I thought that this was odd as there was an attendant there but did what she asked anyway. When I got down to the first floor, I was again refused entry to the fitting rooms. The young man working informed me that there was no way he could let me in the fitting rooms and insisted that the second floor rooms were, in fact, open. I explained that I was just up there but couldn't get anywhere with him. My wife and I simply left about $200.00 worth of items we intended to purchase and walked out. Based on this weird experience and rather rude customer service, I wouldn't recommend this store and will take my business elsewhere in the future.

  You can find good stuff here for a reasonable price, but the service is horrible. You waiting in a long line in a busy lunch time, while only one associate working with customers trying to move the line, and another pretent to be busy counting coins. I could not wait any longer, left things behind, came back the next day - everything what I wanted was gone. And this is not the first time this way. Like this company does not really care about customers or making profit from sales.

  The store is well located and has two full floors of clothing, shoes accessories and more. As for the type of clothing, I like their fit and how well they look. I like their overall design of most of their items. On this store is also well equipped with fitting rooms on both floors. As for service it lacks a bit but I understand since they are busy most of the time. The checkout line was fast during this last visit.
