  Awesome! I did the six weeks challenge and the results speak for themselves, I lost 10.1 lbs, 13.7 Ins and 6.5% BF, How? The guidance and personal coaching that I got from Emmanuel made me get really motivated to change my body and get fit, stronger and healthier, he has this amazing 30 minutes hitt cardio exercises where I gave all I got to get closer to achieve my goal, plus I got a personalized meal plan where I start eating smart, it is really easy to follow and is fun too. Emmanuel is always willing to answer my questions and help me out to get more of my training. I wont deny, the beggining was hard and I had hesitation, but I commited to myself to change my body and my mind and with Emmanuel coaching was easier to do it, so thank you so much Emmanuel and to my training mates at Fit Camp D.C.
