  Fast , Super Friendly and I was out of there with a great car right away ! TI was made it super easy and treated me like a friend and not just another customer he made the experience very enjoyable.

  Great service, recommend booking online. Expect about a half-hour delay picking up though.

  I can truly say the customer service is excellent there! I've never had any problems with them. They really take care of me and my family when we need to. Just recently got a rental over the weekend and they were out of cars, but tried their best to accommodate me. I ended up with a truck! I was very pleased how it was handled. PJ was awesome!! Will continue to do business there!

  I’ve rented from the Abby Ave Enterprise in Fresno about 7-8 times over the past year. There are plenty of other locations in town, and I’ve rented from many of them. While the customer service is good everywhere I’ve been, the Abby location is superior. The staff is always personable and professional. Even when they’re swamped, they take time to acknowledge each customer and are respectful of their customers’ valuable time. Each car I’ve rented has been clean, well maintained, and has run great. Enterprise locations in Fresno always have the best rates, and I’m willing to bet, have the overall best customer service as well.

  These guys work hard and try their best to help customers. Enterprise systems are dinosaurs and gets them fussed at a lot but there are some great agents. Kyle is an absolute dream and epitomizes the true essence and being of customer service!!
