  Not sure about others, but my customer service experience was good. As a AVIS Preferred Member, I used my free upgrade and got a decent rental for a good price. I will be back in the area and will use them again.

  I wouldn't rent from here again even if there were no other options. Likely would get a bicycle or walk for the week I am in town. Car smelled like drugs and find two empty bottles of liquor in the car. Person before me declined the car for its smell and they handed it over to me even after I asked if it was the same car. Drove around for a week with the Windows cracked because it smelled so back. If I could give the staff a negative number I would.

  Horrible Company. I rented a car from them due to my flight being canceled that night. I returned it to another airport to retrieve my bags the next morning, they gave me a copy of my receipt and told me I was good to go. Got charged almost 200 dollars more, called three times and got told three different explanations on this charge. Come to find out, the rental company put in that I had it out for 4 days instead of one and now they are telling me they have no evidence of the contrary. Why is it that I am disputing something that is fact?? If you can avoid it, DO NOT go into business with this company. They will literally take your money!
