  Tiny room, which was actually cool. But just not that nice. Location is great, though. And it was super affordable.

  Good location and staff was pleasant . Close to a Whole Foods supermarket. Close to bus stop (1 block) and about 6-7 blocks to Metro (train). In hotel,Wi-Fi is only available on the lobby. No breakfast whatsoever. Very small room, about 7'X10'. Bed was sunken in, in the center. Bathroom was acceptable in size (almost same size as bedroom) and a bit more updated. Elevator was very small and old (The max amount of people that would fit is 3). Hotel needs renovations ASAP!

  My one big complaint is they misrepresented themselves online. They stated they had parking near and no reservations needed but when we arrived there was nowhere to park to unload and they had a sign at front desk stating parking is first come first serve. We ended up parking blocks away. Then they stated online that they have continental breakfast. Nothing. I mean nothing. My husband even had to make a pot of coffee for everyone. The rooms are bare and very small. I was surprised we even had a TV. When I booked I entered 5 guests. It put us in a 2 queen room and extra cot available with no charge. No cot. The front clerk simply said they dont have anything like that.The location was great and luckily we were all to busy exploring and didn't stay in room except to sleep. I wouldn't be so frustrated had they just been honest with what they offer.

  Its a fairly basic hotel, nothing fancy but given the price you can't complain. Staff was efficient and friendly. Rooms were small and a little worse for the wear but clean and everything is good working order. Plenty of resturants and stores immediately nearby. Does have first come paid parking. A reasonable economy option for a short visit.

  Everything about this place is "okay." The price, the rooms, the location, and the staff are all "okay," but not excellent. The most IMPORTANT issue for us, since we knew nothing about DC, is the PARKING. There is NO parking for the hotel. They will refer you to a parking garage down the street ($32 to leave the car over night). This was super frustrating because we kept having to split up to get things done, we had two small children with us and it was very cold out. We managed to snag a spot directly in front of the lobby (it is suppose to be 15 min drop off and pick up area but the desk attendant allowed us to use it over night) but towing starts at 7am. The desk attendant was suppose to give us a wake up call so we could go park at a meter. He never called. Luckily our kids woke us up early so we moved the car to a meter before it could be towed away.
