  I will never again shop at Daniel's. They have taken what it's supposed to be a magical and wonderful and exciting time in my life to something that is stressful and frustrating. My fiance purchased an engagement ring for me from them I noticed almost right away that the diamonds was loose and the prongs were bent in a way that they shouldn't be they were crooked and some were straight. I took it back for them to repair it to which they responded if we send it to the jeweler who made your ring he will charge you to fix it and if you sent it off to corporate you won't have it to for 6 or 8 weeks. Well when the rain was done they never called us to let us know when we call to check on the status they said it had been done for a week just no one bothered to call us to do let us know. We went back to pick it up and notice that it was worse than before in order to get the stone and they used what looks like pliers and flattened out the metal. When I brought this to their attention the sales gentleman said it didn't look that bad it looked horrible! I told him that needs to be fixed and they are the professionals and they should have never let the ring leave their store looking like that. They proceeded to tell me they were going to send it off to corporate which could take again 6 to 8 weeks and that it would possibly have to be recast it which means an additional charge for me for their screw up and they're in incompetence to make a ring. This should have been an exciting time of going to holiday parties and when family ask to see the rain be able to show it off. But I have been without a ring for over half of my engagement now. I'm getting married in 50 days and I just now got the ring back no apologies no sorry nothing. It's not worth saving the few dollars that you save by going to them.

  Not a very big selection to choose from. High interest rates. Can't look around without having a sales rep following you the whole time. Company is misleading and most the products are poor quality and either tarnish, fade or have stones that fall out. Company claims to treat everyone like family but it's not true. Most the sales reps are strange and the store manager seems really phony. Customer service is not all that great.
