  If you just have to be in downtown Tulsa then this may be your best choice for lodging, based on its central location to your needs. The rooms are not at all large, but they are clean. The bed was very comfortable but there was no microwave oven in my room, which was a king suite. The view out my windows was of a brick wall and windows of the neighboring building. This is an old building with pretty nice architecture and has been remodeled to preserve the history. The service is good for the most part but if you're looking for a place to park - good luck! The parking garage behind the hotel is very pricey. I was there just over 24 hours and it cost me $25 to park my car. If you're just visiting Tulsa as a tourist, I would recommend another part of Tulsa and avoid the downtown area all together, but if necessity takes you to this area, then this is not a bad place. Just know what you're getting into before you get there.

  A really classic hotel that's surprisingly affordable. Private entrance is nice to have. Registration is on the second floor. Views are nice in the corner rooms and you're steps away from lots of restaurants and bars.

  I have watched this place change many many times. It seems to be in excellent hands now! Beautifully decorated quiet spacious and friendly. Give them a chance. You'll come back again.

  I cannot say enough about this hotel. They are amazing. The historic building is very cool but all updated. If you get a chance check out the 7th floor. They still have some of the old charms on this floor. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Ric was so friendly and Marcus picked me up from the airport. From the word go, they were so nice. Made me immediately feel like part of the family. I will never stay anywhere else while in Tulsa. I very much appreciate the attention to detail that they have here. Just a great place to stay!

  We LOVED our stay. The best feature is definitely the staff. Everyone was so friendly and so accommodating. We enjoyed every interaction with everyone. The bed was comfortable and the hotel had everything we needed. The only downfall is it was freezing outside and it didn't ever seem to get warm in the room, even after setting the temperature to 90. It was ok, but we had to bundle up in order to be comfortable. Even still, our lasting memories of our are stay are extremely positive due to the staff. Highly recommend!
