  Staying in hotels often, I'd have to say this one was the worst in a very long time. The ac wasn't working, asked two different front desk people to have it fixed. They never fixed it nor asked us if we wanted to move. The room was very outdated. Mostly clean, could tell it hadn't been deep cleaned in a long time. Dust everywhere. No iron in room, not enough towels. The tables in the restaurant were dirty, food was just OK. Would not recommend staying here unless you just absolutely have to. Being an IHG Platinum member, I'm embarrassed for this IHG location.

  First the hotel was very hard to find. second, front desk was no help telling me about where to park (in the hotel or on the street) and how to use the elevator ( you had to use your room key to get to your floor) so I rode the elevator for 15 min. until a nice man (a guest at the hotel) told me how it worked. Third, no microwave in room ( the listing said there was one ) . there was one in the lobby, but by the time i got back up to the 11th floor my food would have been cold. so We ate a cold supper. The restaurant/bar in the hotel was way too loud for us. Fourth, the air conditional would make a loud Nosie every 10 min or so. We couldn't sleep. Around 5am we got up and headed home. Fifth, Our room was an king executive suite and it was not more then an standard room. the bed was a king size and that was it. this is why I am giving it 2 stars.

  Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The view was great and the front desk was very helpful. We had dinner here before our concert and the food was very good. Nothing fancy or anything but good and fresh. I really like the roof top pool at this hotel as well. The have a nice patio on the roof as well. The pool is heated and there is a hot tub also. Overall a good Holiday Inn

  The staff at the hotel front desk were extremely rude. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. We had the pool to ourselves but there were leaves sitting at the bottom as though it had not been cleaned in some time. The boulder grill was mediocre. Save your money and stay at the Hampton.

  Excellent hospitality. Front desk fast and friendly. Room service awesome service good food. Maid sweet and professional.
