  When I think of luxury hotel, I think of top notch quality with a staff to match. My room was clean on the surface, but housekeeping hasn't dusted the room in weeks!! Dust was all over the alarm clock and the headboard. The ceiling in the shower was disgusting! It was rusted and looks like something may crawl out at anytime. The alarm clock had a docking station for the iPhone 4! I don't know many people that still have one. So how about an upgrade Hyatt? Valet had 1 gentleman that displayed professionalism. The others were there standing around twittling their thumbs.

  Rooms are a tad dated, pool could use some updating, the lobby is beautiful, parking is good. Staff was ok. Overall we were satisfied. We booked through a 3rd party and didn't get the right bed selection we needed but the hotel got us a roll away twin bed. My son had to sleep with us in a king. I don't think I would stay here again unless it was a fantastic price.

  The rooms was clean and mostly well stocked. The bed was amazingly comfortable. However, We did not receive extra towels when we called for them. The concierge who checked us in did not inform us of their shuttle service to our concert venue, so we walked home and got soaked in the rain. The clothes dryers did not dry out clothes or shoes. More info and more attentiveness, and this would have been a perfect stay.

  Our room had a beautiful view the staff was amazing and helped us with tips around the city. The valets were super friendly and we didn't valet park. Would absolutely recommend staying here. Great place and the price was great. Super close to night life and easy access to highway. Easy to find too.

  This hotel was pretty nice. We had rooms on the top floor, access to the regency club as well as used the ballrooms while staying here. Oh... And parking was included in our room rental. Our team was impressed with the staff and how willing they all were to help at any time. The rooms were pretty good and the rest of the facility was nice, clean, and well kept. I would recommend this location as a venue for your next event!
