  Great hotel directly on the river walk. If you’ve stayed at a Courtyard by Marriott before, you know what to expect: clean rooms with standard amenities: - nice, comfortable bed - microwave - refrigerator - TV (with HDMI inputs to plug in a streaming stick, etc) The staff here was very friendly and accommodating. They suggested several points of interest in the area and answered any questions I had about the river walk. Aside from being a solid, standard issue Courtyard by Marriott (which I mean as a compliment), the standout feature of this hotel is its location: it’s directly on the San Antonio river walk and within walking distance of other landmarks like The Alamo (10min walk). Great place for business travel - would absolutely stay here again.

  Great access to all the local attractions of San Antonio. Nice staff, clean room, good amenities. The Bistro restaurant is also a plus. There is no parking at the hotel, so it's either valet or park n walk. That's the only minus I've come across during my stay, but the valet service has been excellent so far.

  This hotels business center computers are horrible. Total disgrace for a Marriott. Moving to the Hyatt today. Do not stay here expecting to use the business center computers. You will lose your material and most likely have your identity compromised. Front desk has no clue. No coffee at 5:30 AM. Happy hour beer promotions and the keg kicks. Nobody even there.

  Stayed over PAX weekend January 12-14. There were 2 fire alarms during my stay. One was during the day so it bothered me in no way whatsoever. The other was around 430am. It was dealt with quickly and the overnight staff were very forthcoming with the information they knew. Within 2 hours after it was over they had letters under the doors explaining what triggered the alarm and what compensation was offered. I thought it was great. I would definitely stay here again. My stay was great other than being woken up early one morning. Based on this incident, if I were to have a problem with a future stay, I know and trust that they would be able to handle it well and quickly.

  If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... The rooms were okay the staff is excellent. We like our room cold and could not get it chilly enough so the room was very warm. It would be nice if you could direct the flow of air into the room instead of across the room by the back door. I don't know if this is the case for all the rooms but our room that Overlook the Riverwalk had this register that blew the air right across the room across the back patio door you might want to ask if your temperature sensitive when sleeping there
