  I have no idea how this place has gotten as many stars as it has. Dingy, depressing, dirty. I couldn’t believe how TINY the rooms are. So tiny that the bathroom sink is not in the same room as the bathroom. Don’t be fooled by the pictures like I was. This place absolutely feels like a s**thole. Avoid it if you possibly can.

  Did not enjoy our stay here but thankfully it was only two nights. The good: The location was good if you are interested in gaslamp, we walked to restaurants which was nice. They let us check in early which is always appreciated. The breakfast was also decent, the usual continental stuff. Appreciated that coffee, tea and flavored water were available all day. The bad: The room itself was TINY. The bathroom sink was about a foot from the bed and right next to the head of whoever was sleeping there, very strange and annoying if someone needed to use it in the middle of the night. There was no central air, it was a tiny air conditioner in the window. The hallways smelled like urine. Our room was on a corner facing a busy street with drunk people walking by. Lastly, we just didn't feel very safe or secure and were worried about leaving valuables in the room unattended.

  Here for work and got absolutely no sleep. It is extremely loud all night. Rooms are ugly. TV's have poor picture. Bathroom is tiny. It's 300 a night. I have stayed in much nicer hotels for less than 100. Nothing good to say about this place.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... The location is great! and the service and staff is so friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable bed. I had a morning flight and I stayed one night, but I definetely will stay here again for longer stay.
