  After-hours ATM is always closed. Why even have a card slot outside? Fix this.

  Super rude tellers supervisor! She is definitely irritated by doing this job. When I told that it takes surprisingly long to make an appointment to open new accounts in a branch like 3 weeks (business or savings) she started loudly arguing something, then rudely changed the subject of conversation and when I said that we will have to go to other bank then, she yelled loud “OK!!!” so everyone around could here and were surprised also. No words Just Wow!! It’s not a doctor appointment and takes about 15 minutes to open simple account and bankers walking or sitting in branch without any customers most of the time I see them. And still don’t care to serve customers with their needs. Have been customer for super long time and now it’s time to end that disrespectful treatment .

  I should have wised up when they fully admitted they lost a check I deposited, but don't we all deserve second chances? Today I discovered that their closing time is a HARD one. Fair enough! 60 seconds after close, a gentleman, not bothering to check to see that I had only a quick deposit to make, informed me through the door that there is another bank just down the street. He may have been talking about another Chase, but I'm interpreting it to mean a local credit union. Thanks for the heads-up!

  I went in to change my address since their site will only change your address in certain places but not all of them. So that leaves going into the branch. When I walked in, a teller called me over and informed me that I would have to make an appointment. She said to go ahead and have a seat and wait, so I did. Not one Banker talked to me. I was there for over 15 minutes. This is the first time in my life at any branch of any bank that I have ever sat down for more than a minute or two without being helped. They just went on with their day, making phone calls, chit-chatting with the tellers. Meanwhile, I sat there with my baby who was waking up and ended up having to just leave because I was wasting my time. If you have to make an appointment, maybe put up a sign? Maybe a phone number to make the appointment? Maybe a book to write it down in? Don't just ignore your customers.
