It’s very sad to see how BofA going downhill now since I became a customer 18 years ago! I went to this branch today, December 21 2022 at 11.20 am. It was ONE teller working only and line of 8 people. I waited 20 min, 2 people were served only. I left. It’s a busy Christmas time, and seems like the branch management doesn't care about it. The place looks dead. No stuff working, no cheerful Christmas atmosphere... I am thinking to move to a different bank now.

Everyone was saying how bad the lines are, and while I can understand that they are a bit understaffed on Saturday, I feel happy we have the privilege to have an accessible bank on a weekend day. The line was a bit longer than usual, but the staff worked effectively and efficiently to help everyone’s needs, all the while being friendly and stress free. So I think they all deserve 5 stars for their quality service!

We had a really good experience today. Ray (branch manager) and Nick were awesome. They were super nice, friendly and did their best to help with what we need. One thing they could not help with but he was so nice and explained the process from his end and offered to help to resolve it on Monday (since customer service were closed on weekend) Overall great customer service. Thanks Ray & Nick

This photo speaks for itself. Every Bank of America I walk into is understaffed. It’s obvious from the moment you walk in. Hire more tellers. Give your obviously overworked and understaffed tellers a raise. Do better. — someone who is only here bc their employer uses BoA, and who strongly encourages anyone reading this to bank with a local credit union instead

Most of the BofA’s are closed in the West Portland area. Finding one open there was a line out the door waiting for 2 tellers. The drive through are closed and the night deposits are locked. Trying to deposit a check for a company. If I banked there I’d change banks.
