  This bank is full of the rudest and slowest tellers. Just watched a teller ignore a line of 9 clients for almost 15 minutes. Save yourself some trouble and go the one four blocks down on 25th, where they have a sense of urgency, ar at the very least act like they care.

  IT SUCKS BIG time !!! Please don't even come to this bank, there is only one banker and I waited for more than 1.5 hrs to talk to a banker. To save time , I recommend you to not come this branch ... I'm thinking to cancel chase and choose else where. Again, their service sucks ! when I asked the worker there they told me to go to a different branch. to prevent any inconvenience, choose else where !!! sucks big time !!!! never had this problem with wellsfargo or Bank of America !!!!!
