  If you value your sanity do not bank here. It took me 30 days to get a replacement debit card. Thirty days and then the one I received a few days ago suddenly stopped working. A fiasco of biblical proportions. Everything the Branch tells you is then contradicted by Customer Support. As soon as my auto deposit is completed I am gone. Good-bye!

  We recently closed our account and can't be more excited about leaving a bank. The customer service for a TIC loan was pretty much non existent. We often received conflicting information to our inquiries (even when dealing with the same person, Henry Jeanes). The online UI experience is terrible. You should avoid banking with Sterling if at all possible.
