  I called yesterday to get a quote for my small business. Spoke with a girl named Eva or Eve, one or the other. Anyways I thought she was helpful on the phone, she told me she would send me a quote shortly. I waited for a good five hours checking my email and never once received anything, this morning I called back to ask for her which she was in but on the phone. Left my name and number to see if she can resend, STILL haven't heard from her. I have called another state farm agency (on 25tg) and the young man who helped me was so prompt and swift with my quote! So to eve or Eva , whatever your name is, please learn to do your job and at least contact a potential new client. I have bought my insurance but unfortunately it wasn't through you.

  Everyone in the office on Church street greets you with a smile either on the phone or if you have the pleasure of walking in the office. I have had one insurance need after another. First it started with car insurance and they added renters insurance combined for less than i was paying for just my car insurance with a competitor. Since then i upgraded my car, bought a scooter and each time they were there on the phone guiding me through during my purchases, saving me money and making sure i had all the necessary paperwork to drive away insured at the point of purchase. Phenomenal service and savings...all around AAAA++++++ customer service and so friendly. Thank you!
