  Thanks Shitibank for ripping me off. Without informing me, you change my account so I get charged an extra $50 in fees every month. I didnt even notice until the account was overdrawn resulting in more ripoff fees. You screwed me out of HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS !!!! Anybody want to start a class action lawsuit? I'm in!

  Very Satisfied with Customer Service...... Full service, On Line Bank with great C.D. Rates and Savings accounts....... Four years & still very Happy......

  Had my deposit eaten by the ATM. Guy who took care of me was unsympathetic in my panic and seemed slightly annoyed that I was inconvenienced. Maybe a course in Customer Service 101 or maybe empathy should be taught?

  I needed the dat a for an account that was closed in 2015. The young lady who helped me could not have been more helpful. The data arrived a day earlier then promised!
